Frequently Asked Questions
For airport pickups, we provide 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after the flight lands. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary wait time is included. After that, standard hourly rates apply in 15-minute increments. We always communicate transparently — no surprise charges.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. However, we accommodate same-day and on-demand requests whenever fleet availability permits. For major events, holidays, and peak periods (Comic-Con, PGA Tour, etc.), we recommend booking 48–72 hours in advance.
Absolutely. We offer dedicated corporate accounts with centralized monthly billing, purchase order support, and detailed ride reports. Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 4 hours incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows are billed at the full estimated fare. We understand plans change — just give us as much notice as possible.
